The 2011 gathering in Maryland totally surpassed my expectations in how deeply it supported my degree pathway as well as my life path. I loved the co-creative structure of the event, which encouraged each participant to engage by sharing what they have to offer and asking for the support or content they need. It was an amazing opportunity for me to experience a diverse group (diverse stages in pathway as well as diverse cultural backgrounds) coalescing together into a powerful community of action learners. As challenging situations and dynamics emerged within the group, we welcomed them as powerful learning opportunities, to draw from as we together design the future of this university.
